Niki Chambers, CPT
Niki is owner of and full time personal trainer at Chattanooga Fitness & Nutrition. She has been a group fitness instructor and personal trainer since 1998. She has coached Junior Olympic and high school volleyball for seven years. Niki is passionate and dedicated to teach and motivate her clients to be healthy for life. Niki and her husband, John have been married fifteen years and have two great kids, Drew and Brielle..

David Stephenson, CPT
David is a life long Chattanooga resident. He has a Bachelors Degree in History with a minor in secondary education and Bible. He also has a Masters in Sports Management and is I.F.A. certified. David has coached athletics for twenty one years and is currently the head men’s basketball coach at Northwestern Technical College and also the Commissioner of the Technical College System of Georgia Athletic Association. He has been teaching group exercise classes, cycling classes, and personal training since 2002. David is married and his interest include; history, music, politics, and pop culture.
Penny Clarke, CPT
I am a thirty eight year old mother of two great kids. I have lived in the Chattanooga area for twenty three years. I have been involved in the fitness profession for over ten years. I am specialized in different areas of physical fitness from kickboxing, group exercise, and personal training. I am very motivated and passionate about reaching out and helping others fulfill their goals.
Jenny Curry
I have been a personal trainer since 2002 after finishing my master's degree in psychology. I enjoy helping others reach their personal weight loss & strength training goals in am individualized setting. I understand the effects that a busy schedule can have on your eating and workout routines as I am constantly fighting those issues also. I am a full-time researcher at UTC and a full-time mom to wonderful little boy. In my spare time (what little I have) I enjoy playing outside with my little boy, wakeboarding with my husband, and playing cards with friends.
